We serve clients who have their own designs made by  their designers, but we also create furniture designs from scratch.

To prepare a quote, we will need:

• A floor plan of the room with dimensions.
• Materials Preferences: fronts and countertops (description of materials if they have already been chosen). If materials have not yet been selected, we will invite you to our studio to check available materials and gladly assist in their selection by presenting the pros and cons of each solution.

Step 1. Meeting at our showroom, via email, or a phone call aimed at understanding your needs and gathering the most essential information necessary for preparing an offer.

Consultation. We will ask you for a floor plan with dimensions and a brief description of your preferences. Then, we will discuss the functional layout, furniture arrangement, and materials for the fronts and countertops.

You can also download and print a checklist with detailed questions about your preferences, which we will discuss during the studio meeting.

If you don’t have time to prepare answers, it’s not a problem. During our conversation, we will go through all the questions together and discuss each issue as we go along.

Step 2. Summary with an offer. Prepared based on the information from step 1.

Step 3. Your decision and signing a preliminary agreement.

Step 4. Measurements.

Step 5. Project work with detailed technical drawings and visualization.

Step 6. Detailed discussion of the furniture project, summary, and recalculation.

Step 7. Signing the implementation agreement and setting a precise installation date.

Step 8. Production.

Step 9. Installation.

Once we receive all the necessary information from step 1, we typically prepare the quote within 3 business days. The speed of preparing the quote depends on the number of furnishings and their complexity.

The final cost of custom cabinetry depends on various factors such as the room size, materials used, project complexity, and equipment.

We offer a wide range of options, and prices can start from as low as 10,000 EUR for simple kitchen furnishings. However, depending on individual preferences and project specifics, costs can significantly increase, exceeding 30,000 or even 100,000 EUR for complex projects with handcrafted fronts or advanced technologies like electrically assisted opening mechanisms or the use of large quantities of natural materials such as noble metals, natural leather, or stones such as quartzite or slate. The lead time is calculated based on the production workload and the availability of installation teams, and it is determined individually for each project.

We have a modern carpentry workshop with large production capacities, resulting in very fast turnaround times. We completed a simple kitchen installation for a client within 4 weeks of signing the contract.

Plan for 3-4 weeks for project work and allocate 8-12 weeks for production and installation. All that counted  from signing the final contract. Check our process in the “How We Work” section.

There is an option to purchase furniture on an installment plan. Loans are provided by Alior Bank S.A. All loan-related formalities are processed on-site at the studio.

Thanks to significant production capabilities we are able to handle large-scale projects. We undertake projects ranging from individual custom furniture, such as custom kitchens, to entire apartments, and even large multi-unit developments.

Yes, we do. Our comprehensive service includes installation, which we carry out with our own installation teams.

Our installers have all the necessary skills and qualifications required to connect household appliances and plumbing fixtures. This ensures that the warranty on the appliances remains valid.

We make our projects throughout the European Union.

Yes, we have samples of all the necessary materials used for fronts, countertops, and wall panels. We present samples during the design process so that clients can accurately assess the texture, color, and finish of the materials, which is crucial when making decisions about custom furniture purchases. Clients that working on a project with us have the option to borrow individual material samples free of charge.
