We have developed a clear and effective project implementation process. When we start working, we begin by providing clients with a detailed plan outlining how the collaboration will proceed. Thanks to this plan, our clients always know at which stage the project is, what still needs to be done, and, most importantly, they can observe how their dreams take on real, exclusive shapes.

Below, we present the milestones of our achievements.

1. The Need, the Quote, and the Decision

  • We know how to listen and communicate.

    We start with understanding your furniture needs and ideas. Together, we define their style and the functions they are meant to fulfill. You can contact us via the form on our website, email, or by phone.

  • We are able and willing to advise you.

    We discuss the drawing or layout of the room you provide. We determine the functional layout and then select high-quality materials, systems, and appliances. We prepare a material list so you can touch and better understand the textures. Together, we discuss the properties, pros, and cons of each solution to visualize the end result. The meeting can take place in our showroom or online.

  • Budget and quote.

    If you already have a design or concept and selected materials, we will prepare a summary with a quote tailored to your budget and requirements. This usually takes up to 3 business days.

    Your decision.

    With all the information at hand, you can make the decision. Once the quote and budget are accepted by you, we will sign a preliminary agreement and start the design work.

2. Measurement and Project Work

  • Measurement.

    We take all measurements of the spaces at the project site. Based on this, we create the final version of the project, which will serve as the basis for the production of custom furniture.

  • Project work.

    Based on the consultations and measurements, our furniture designer, in collaboration with the technologist, prepares a project for custom furniture with detailed technical drawings and visualizations. We pay special attention to ergonomic use and precise planning of the layout for dedicated appliances and fixtures. At this stage, organization systems and motion support systems are also planned. A precise project is crucial for smooth implementation and ensures that custom furniture serves you for years.

  • Summary and recalibration.

    After refining all the details and obtaining final approval, the project moves to production, and then we establish the installation schedule with the customer. If significant changes arise during the project work due to measurements or changes requested by the client, we may recalculate the contract.

3. Production and Installation

  • Production.

    Our joinery workshop manufactures all necessary materials for the project according to the agreed schedule of work.

  • Custom furniture installation.

    We are responsible for the delivery and complete installation of custom furniture, including fitting and connecting household appliances.

  • Final acceptance.

    We conclude this stage with a professional final acceptance of the completed custom furniture.
