Order Processing Time
Preparation for shipping: all furniture offered in our store is made to order. The production, preparation, and delivery time for orders is specified in the description of each product.
Delivery time:
Domestic deliveries: 2-5 business days.
International deliveries: 2-14 business days (depending on the location).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process and are visible in the shopping cart.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are carried out via a logistics carrier or using our company’s transport. The method of delivery is determined by WYSK based on the workload for the specific route.

Shipment Tracking
Once your package or pallet is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipment Receipt
If you notice visible damage to the package or pallet upon delivery, please report the damage in the presence of the courier or carrier and contact us immediately.
If the shipment is not picked up and returns to our warehouse, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

International Deliveries Outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway, we offer the option to settle customs duties and taxes on behalf of the customer. All additional costs will be included in the shipping fee. By choosing this option, the customer will not incur any additional charges upon receipt of the shipment.

Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Address changes can only be made before the package is dispatched.
